Shipping & Customs
How long is shipping to the UK?
All orders within the UK are sent with 48 hours. Delivery is tracked with Royal Mail. Estimated shipping time is 3-6 working days once dispatched. Allow 2/3 days for processing orders before they are shipped.
How long is shipping to Ireland & will I be charged customs?
Orders to Ireland are shipped express. Shipping takes around 4-7 working days and is tracked.
Your shipping cost includes your customs charge if your order value is under 150EUR. After you place your order with The Organised Club you will not be charged additionally. This is why our shipping cost to Ireland is expensive, it covers the customs charge.

Returns
How to return an item?
We are confident you will love anything from The Organised Club.
But to return, email us and we will provide you with the return address. When sending your product back please include a note with the following information in your returning package: your full name, order number and item.
*Please note: you are responsible for the cost of returning the product and this will not be included in your refund.
