Meet the founder - Melissa McDonnell

Melissa McDonnell didn’t set out to build a business — she just wanted to survive law school.
As an undergraduate juggling endless readings and high-stakes exams, she quickly realised that the secret to
success wasn’t just raw intelligence — it was organisation. The better she planned, the more confident she felt
walking into each test. And she noticed the same pattern among her peers: whether they used laptops or
scribbled in notebooks, those with systems always performed better.
That quiet observation planted the seed for what would become The Organised Club — a company built on the
belief that productivity isn’t about hustle, it’s about habits.
Melissa became the go-to person for getting things done. Give her a task, and she’d have it finished before you
even had time to follow up. But her efficiency isn’t magic — it's a method. She’s developed and refined
frameworks that now help her in her business life, as well as legal and marketing consulting - without burning out
— and, more importantly, still make time for the things that matter most.
Now, Melissa has created organisation and stationery products to help others through The Organised Club. You
